Problems logging into your MyStoke account

You need to register here for an account before you can sign in.

Register for a MyStoke account

If our system cannot find an account registered to the email address you gave, check if you have misspelled your email address, or you used a different email address when registering your account or you are using the email address for your old online account.

Try again, making sure you are using the correct email address, correctly spelled.

Register for a MyStoke account

If you can’t remember your login email address or password, choose ‘Problems signing in?’ and enter the email address you think you would have used to set up a MyStoke account with the city council.

If it is an email address you used to register for a MyStoke account, you will receive an email to that account containing a reset password link

If you don’t receive any emails, you can re-register here.

Check your spam or junk folders. If you aren’t getting the emails, it is because our system cannot find an online account registered to the email address you gave.
