Switching to Paperless Billing

You will then need to enter your details, including the email address you wish to receive correspondence and your council tax account number (this can be found on your annual bill) to set up this service.
Sign up takes less than two minutes.
Please note: You do not need to register for an online account at this stage, however, you will need to register for an online account in the future to view your correspondence.
If you already have an online account, you can register for paperless billing by signing in at www.stoke.gov.uk/myaccountpage and updating your account details.
Benefits
- You only need to sign up once to receive paperless correspondence
- You can print of copies of your correspondence through the online account
- You are able to view documents anywhere, on a computer or mobile device
- You can cancel at any time through your online account
- You will receive emails notifying you if there is a bill or reminder notice for you to view
- You will still receive paper copies of any important communications, such as Final Notices or Summonses
