Access your tenancy details on Housing Online

You will need to upgrade your account to access your tenancy details on Housing Online.

When you sign in to your MyStoke account, select the option for ‘Housing Account Online’ so you view details of your existing council tenancy including your rent account .

Select ‘Allow’ on the pop-up and you will be taken to the Housing Online login screen. Select ‘Create an account’ and supply an email address and password.

You will then need to verify your Housing Online account by checking your email account and opening the verification e-mail, selecting ‘Click here to create your account and read your message’.

If you are a tenant, you will then need to supply another password to be able to access your tenancy and rent details. This can be the same as the password you just used to create your Housing Online account. You will then be advised the account has been activated and asked to login.

You will then receive a further verification e-mail. Open the further verification e-mail and select ‘Verify me’. You will then be able to submit the details of your tenancy and your personal details. Select ‘Finish’.

You will then be set up for Housing Online so the next time you go to your MyStoke account and select the option for ‘Housing Account Online’ it will take you directly to Housing Online without having to submit your password again.

You only need to do this once.
