Register for a new MyStoke account
It’s quick and easy to register for an account, and normally takes less than a couple of minutes:
- select the account login link at the top of any page
- you will need to enter your email address so that we can send you an email link to the registration form
- the registration form will ask you for your, first name, surname, postal address and email address
Once you’ve signed in to your account you will have access to personalized information and services that you can request and track in your account.
You will need to upgrade your account to access details about your council tax.
When you sign in to your MyStoke account for the first time select the option for ‘my council tax’ so you can see details of your account and update us about any changes.
Select the option to ‘Upgrade your account’, then confirm your name, account number and answer a security question.
By clicking upgrade your account you are allowing us to pass your MyStoke account details into our council tax system to verify who you are.
You will then be able to see your up-to-date account information, check balance and payments and update your details.
You only need to do this once.
If you change your address in your MyStoke account you will also need to change it on 'my council tax'.
