The MyStoke account can help you to:

  • request and track a range of council services
  • view your local services and facilities

You will need a MyStoke account to access the following services online:

  • council tax
  • business rates
  • benefits

When you try to access other services online we will ask you if you want to sign in to your account first so that we can send you updates about how we are getting on with your request.
