Community contribution
People are making a community contribution if:
- they work in the city and have done for six out of the last 12 months
- they volunteer for six or more hours a month for a charity in the city and have done so for at least six months
- they are, or have been within the last five years, a serving member of the regular or reserve armed forces
- they are an approved foster carer for the city
