We have launched a new Charter as part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring all tenants can live in safe, secure and well-maintained neighbourhoods.
Since April 2024, we have been working with Registered Providers from across the city to develop the Charter which sets out a shared vision to improve living conditions and service standards for tenants in the city.
