Non-tenants and children
a) Only the Principle Tenant, assigned co-worker or other authorised person(s) accompanied by the Principle Tenant or assigned co-worker are allowed on the site (No more than 5 person(s) including the Tenant or assigned co-worker to be permitted on the allotment garden at any one time unless prior authorisation is given by the council.
b) The Tenant should not permit any assigned co-worker or authorised visitor to their allotment garden to enter any other part of the site or other allotment garden unless a shared access point is used or prior authorisation is given by the council.
c) The council may order any person wrongly allowed onto the site in breach of these rules to leave immediately.
d) The council may take action for breach of their tenancy agreement against any tenant who the council reasonably believes is or was responsible for allowing an unauthorised person to be on the site.
e) Tenants are responsible for their own health and safety and conduct and that of any others they invite onto their allotment garden including assigned co-worker or authorised person(s) that they allow onto the site. The council risk assessments, polices and any legislation or byelaws must to adhered to at all times.
f) Children under the age 16 must be supervised at all times by the tenant or the assigned co-worker or other authorised person.
