Report someone who is homeless or rough sleeping

If you come across someone who is homeless or sleeping rough, you can report this via a number of channels.

We have a dedicated rough sleepers team. You can notify them by calling the Brighter Futures team, who provide support on behalf of the city council on 0800 970 2304 and the team will be able to assist in providing help to those in need.

There is also a dedicated website called StreetLink which will enable you to connect people sleeping rough with local services within Stoke-on-Trent. These charities and agencies will be able to find the individual and help to signpost them to the support they need. It is important to provide as much information as possible to ensure the individual can then be located.
