We are looking to redevelop the former Lily Gertrude Simister Court site in Tunstall.

The site - which was decommissioned and demolished in 2023 – is currently vacant.

Now plans are being drawn up to redevelop the site and residents are being invited to have their say.

The proposals

The current proposals include a residential scheme of 14 one-bed walk-up apartments, over three low-rise blocks.

Each apartment will be self-contained with its own external entrance and parking spaces.
