We are unable to accept change in occupancy notifications by E-mail. This includes our contact us form at stoke.gov.uk/contact. Any change in occupancy notifications sent by e-mail will not be processed.
If you are a landlord or property management agency and you need to tell us about a change in occupancy, visit stoke.gov.uk/landlords and select Tell us about a change in tenant. You do not need to create an account to do this.
Our online landlord and agent services allows you to tell us directly about changes in occupancy status and is the fastest way to ensure Council Tax occupancy details are updated accurately and promptly.
We are unable to provide you with an alternative E-mail address to send these notifications to.
