From May 4 2023, voters in England will need to show photographic ID to vote at polling stations in some elections, including Stoke-on-Trent’s upcoming local elections on Thursday 4 May 2023.

Food Vouchers

Over Easter holidays, Stoke-on-Trent City Council will continue to provide food vouchers to parents/guardians for children across the city.

**Please DO NOT fill in this form if your child is at school or a school nursery in the city. Schools and nurseries will issue a voucher for eligible children. Please contact the school or nursery for help if you have not received a voucher by the start of the Easter holiday**

Food vouchers are available for:

  • children with an Education and Health Care Plan 
  • pre-school children

You must live in the Stoke-on-Trent City Council Local Authority area to apply for a voucher.

If you and your family live in Stoke-on-Trent, your child has an Education and Health Care Plan and is educated at home or in a school outside of the city; or if your child attends a funded two year old place, or are eligible for the Early Years Pupil Premium you may be entitled to a £30 voucher for food for the Easter holidays.

If your child is not at nursery at the moment or attends a private nursery you can also apply.

Important information

  1. Do not submit more than one application per child
  2. Applications will be processed within 14 days
  3. Please check your Junk e-mail box for any vouchers
