Change the date you pay your council tax

You can set up a Direct Debit with us for

  • weekly on a Monday
  • fortnightly on a Friday
  • monthly – on the 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 28 including the choice to pay over 10 months or 12 months
  • half yearly on May 5 and November 5
  • annually on May 5

How to change your direct debit

You can set and amend your Direct Debit date online by logging into your Council Tax account online and selecting an option under the Pay by Direct Debit section.

We also offer instalment dates for non-Direct Debit payers as follows:

  • weekly on a Monday
