Young carers support service Stoke-on-Trent City Council and NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board provide a Carers’ All Age Support Service for young carers living in Stoke-on-Trent. The current service has been providing young carer support over the past 5 years; therefore, we now need to review this service to ensure we have the right support for you in the future. We wish to take this opportunity to understand what Stoke-on-Trent’s young carers really think about support they receive.
