Stoke-on-Trent City Council and NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board provide a Carers’ All Age Support Service for carers living in Stoke-on-Trent. The current service has been providing carer support over the past 5 years; therefore, we now need to review this service to ensure we have the right support for unpaid carers in the near future and that this support is reaching those who need it most. We wish to take this opportunity to understand what Stoke-on-Trent’s carers really think about support they receive for their caring role. As a carer, your views are extremely important to shape the development of the new service.
