If you have sold a property forming part of an estate
If you have sold a property belonging to a deceased persons estate that you are responsible form please let us know by completing the below form:
You will need to provide:
- The Council Tax Account Number
- The Address of the property or properties sold
- Your contact details
- The date the property became unfurnished (or confirmation the property was sold furnished)
- The date the property was sold
- The new owners, or if not known the solicitors dealing with the sale.
Please Note: we will be unable to amend any account where we don’t have the full details as requested above.
