Burslem Feasibility Study - Final Report

This feasibility study looks at the physical and financial conclusions of bringing back into use three of Burslem’s heritage assets:

  • Burslem Indoor Market (Grade II Listed)
  • the Queen’s Theatre (Grade II Listed) and
  • the Wedgwood Institute (Grade II* Listed)

All of these buildings are located in Burslem and have remained empty due to safety concerns.

In this report produced by Arcadis, they focus on the challenges and opportunities for each site, the costs to refurbish each building and the risks with regards to redevelopment of the buildings.
