Levelling up Stoke-on-Trent

Etruscan Square

Etruscan Square CGI

This is a large brownfield site within the city centre, close to Stoke-on-Trent’s main shopping area and cultural quarter. The land has been cleared and is being prepared for a stunning mixed-use development including residential and leisure with scope for an events space or arena.

Groundworks have started ahead of the residential build with essential infrastructure to be provided in Phase 1 including a mobility hub to ensure that the site is viable and has capacity for future uses and is attractive to developers/investors.

Local benefits

On completion, Etruscan Square will revitalise the city centre, adding to the range of residential, attractions and facilities on offer as well as increasing footfall.

Over the life of the construction phase the site will create over 1000 full-time jobs and support skills and apprenticeships. On completion, there will be further job opportunities in tourism and leisure as well as an attractive environment to be enjoyed by residents and visitors.
