Parking permits

Property owner permit

If you own a property in a residential parking area, but do not live in it, you can apply for a property owner permit.  You will need to email:

  • proof you own the property (such as house deeds, a letter from your solicitor, landlord insurance documents, electric/gas inspection certificates or council tax letter)

to parking@stoke.gov.uk or post to The Regent Centre, Regent Road, Hanley, ST1 3EG.

Please include a telephone number and we will call you to take a payment. These are £38.50 for 12 months.  Your permit will then be posted to you.

If you want a property owner permit that stays in one vehicle at all times, please also email proof that you own the vehicle you want the permit for, such as a log book or insurance schedule.

Please note: all permits must be applied for via email or post
