Article 4 Direction Data
This dataset provides information on the Article 4 Directions in place within 19 of the Stoke-on-Trent’s conservation areas.
These directions remove specific permitted development rights, meaning you will need planning permission for certain works (like a small extension) that are usually automatically permitted elsewhere.

Brownfield Land Register
We are required to maintain and publish this register of previously developed land ("brownfield land") suitable for residential development.

Conservation Area Data
This dataset provides information on Stoke-on-Trent's 22 Conservation Areas.
In these areas, additional restrictions are in place, including the need for planning permission to alter or demolish a building or structure. The council must also be notified of works to trees.
