- The Joint Waste Local Plan is not about who collects waste or on what day waste is collected but, it does relate to how waste will be managed after it has been collected from homes, offices, factories, farms or construction sites.The Strategy addresses issues for all types of waste and not just waste collected by local authorities from households and offices.
