On the portal you are able to:
- View your payment schedules showing all payments made to each tenant
- See if any of your tenants claims are suspended
- Report changes to your tenants circumstances including reporting them moving out
- Ask us a question
- Upload supporting documents
- Send us rent increase notifications
Please note – any rent increases sent to us must be uploaded for each individual tenant. If you have more than 10 increases to notify us of, please e-mail HBSeniors@stoke.gov.uk with all the information.
