The programme must be able to equip learners with an understanding of a systematised assessment process that identified the capacity of an individual (or individuals) to provide safe and adequate parenting. Applicants should: provide evidence of their experience in delivering similar programmes Have qualifications and experienced of the actual training providers in undertaking parenting assessments of individuals who experience learning disability Ability to deliver a course for up to 25 delegates before 31st July 2014 The quality assurance process used by the provider to ensure that delegates have attained the appropriate level capability in undertaking the assessment of parenting capacity.
