The unit is to have easily accessible door with secure by design locking facility. Supply and fix preservative treated timber/half log clad finishes to all external walls and door surfaces. Supply and fit all rainwater goods as fixed gutters and down spouts. Storage should meet legal standards with respect to storage of chemicals and flammable substances. To enable the safe and secure locking of equipment, tools, and flammable substances and chemicals. Unit must provide provision of a secure, vandal resistant storage unit. Give good value for money. The dimensions of the unit are expected to be within but not greater than; 7m (l) x 3m(w) x 3m (height to the ridge). Supplier to give advice with reference to packing, if and as required to sit the unit on what is now an existing tar paved car park area. It is expected that the supplier will also be able to deliver the unit, direct off a flatbed vehicle by crane to final resting place. Access is easily gained through pair of gates, off adjacent side street.
