: Stoke-on-Trent City Council (the council) understands the impact that Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) can have on residents and communities. The main aim of this policy is to ensure that not only our tenants, but all residents in the city, are able to live in safe and well-maintained neighbourhoods and feel safe in their homes. This policy sets out a broad framework for how the council will respond in utilising all available tools and powers to tackle issues of ASB.
