The Framework re opens every 12 months and is due to re-open in May 2023 for new Providers to join. The current model: • Supports the vision of keeping children and young people local (inclusive of those with additional needs) • Provides support for the market and creates better management opportunities around placements • Ensures the Council collaborates with partners, children and parent/carers as well as providers to ensure the quality of placements and embed personalisation and outcome focused support.
