Information	* This is the 1st reopening of this Framework under PCR 2015 * Independent Specialist Placements for children with SEND provides educational support for children and young people between the ages of 0-25 who have a special educational need and/or disability. This can be provided through nursery, school and college settings. This contract falls under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime (LTR) - Regulations 74 to 77. As such, the City Council will place an advert in Find a Tender Service (FTS), publish an award notice and comply with the principles of transparency and equal treatment. The Flexible approach means that the Tender will open at set periods to allow new Providers onto the Framework. Following the initial tender stage the will be a second opportunity for providers to join the framework after 6mths and then every 12mths following this. A market engagement event was held on the 4th February 2025 with Providers following a PIN Notice that was issued with regards to the reopening of the Framework, applications are invited to apply to join the current Framework once this is formally advertised via Stokes E Tendering Portal Proactis on the 21st February 2025. * This is the 1st reopening of this Framework under PCR 2015 *
