To this end the Council wishes to procure the Commercial Procurement and Supply Apprenticeship Standard Level 4 combined with the CIPS Diploma for a group of council employees. In the short term we envisage there being up to 5 Level 4 apprentices with the possibility of more in the medium- to- longer term dependent on Council experience of this Standard; the degree to which it meets the needs of staff; and also the needs of the organisation as a whole. The successful provider will have good geographical coverage of Stoke-on-Trent/North Staffordshire; be 'Good' or 'Outstanding' in Ofsted terms; have good apprenticeship achievement/completion rates; and have positive employer and learner feedback/ratings.
