A Phase 1 Ground Condition Desk Study and Coal Mining Risk Assessment (CMRA) was completed in September 2023 and a Phase II - Site Investigation is now required to support the design process and any forthcoming planning application. Upon request the following documents will be sent using a 'we transfer' link: 1. Full Brief. 2. Redline Boundary Plan. 2. Proposed Option 3 for affordable housing. 3. Phase 1 Ground Condition Desk Study and CMRA. 4. A Topographical Survey (prior to the demolition of Union Court). All submissions will need to be received by noon on Thursday 28th March 2024.
