Works are: A) Take down where required block walling circa 5m² adjacent to school playground, rebuilding using existing blocks. Supplying new blocks (in-keeping with existing) raise whole length of existing wall (circa 37 linear metres) to a uniform height of 4 x courses above existing kerb height. B) Supply and install 2.4m high metal mesh fencing to back of repaired wall (as previous and circa 37 linear metres), where cranked posts will bring fence line to front edge of wall. Posts and mesh should be suitably sized and substantial enough to resist potential and expected usage of not only the playground area but also the grassed area to the back of the new fence. These works need to be carried out with and after consultation with the school Headteacher.
