Approx. 86000m2 of survey coverage required as per the supplied Radar Survey Area pdf. Survey to identify - utilities, foundations, voids and buried obstructions. An example report and example survey return should be submitted alongside the quotation and will form the basis of the quality assessment. Expected Returns: A survey in a CAD (.dwg) electronic format which is AutoCad LT 2011 compatible. A report to outline/explain any findings. The total price should be fully inclusive of all costs required to carry out the works. Traffic management and any costs associated with obtaining utility plans to supplement results should be identified as part of the total cost. The cost should also be broken down according to the geophysical (foundations, voids and buried obstructions) and utilities (utilities) aspects of the survey. Closing Date for quotations is the 23rd January 2015 23:59:59. Confirmation should be supplied that survey work could be completed and any returns submitted no later than 3 weeks from the date an order is submitted. It is expected that any order would follow on relatively quickly following the award of the contract. The award will be made based on an assessment of the price and quality of the expected return. The quality element will be judged based on the example report provided.
