Tender and Quotation Opportunities Please find details of your selected tender and quotation opportunity below : TitleTaxation and company secretariat services for Stoke Energyco LimitedContract Reference NumberRS/2015/26InformationTenders are invited for Taxation and company secretariat services for Stoke Energyco Limited, - taking full responsibility for timely taxation and company law compliance, - for the period from registration on 19 November 2013 to 31 March 2016. not limited to but including: - completion of dormant company declarations; - electronic filing of corporation tax and any other necessary tax return and supporting documentation; - tax compliant and tax efficient assessment of any transactions accruing to the company; including but not limited to: identification of the status of grant funding provided to the City Council to set up the company (whether this is properly the income of the company or of the City Council); identification of any expenses properly attributable to the company; - aligning the year end of the company to that of the City Council; and - change of directors to ensure directors are paid officers of the City Council; - liaising directly with current, former and prospective directors and operational staff working for the City Council; - corresponding with HMRC; and - responding to ad hoc queries from the directors. The first two accounting periods currently stand at: - 19 November 2013 to 18 November 2014 - 19 November 2014 to 30 November 2014 The first corporation tax payment is assessed by HMRC as due by 19 August 2015 and the first company tax return (or correction of status to dormant) is due by 30 November 2015.
