It is proposed the exit will take the form of reinforced concrete steps to be cast on site adjoining a path onto existing hard standing and approximately 1.8m wide. The steps will number approximately 10 with 150mm risers. The construction is to conform to BS8110. Workmanship and materials must be of the highest standard, with product finished neatly and accurately, plum and in alignment. A brush finish used to treads ensuring all weather grips for foot traffic. A drawing of the proposed works and health and safety plan must be submitted prior to any work on site with hazards being controlled by good site management and ground conditions taken into account on this incline.
