Information	The Authority currently requires an Asbestos Analyst to provide a full site assessment for reoccupation of identified areas following asbestos abatement works by a contractor. All works should be in accordance with HSG 248 “Asbestos: The analysts' guide for sampling, analysis and clearance procedures” and the 'Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, the Approved Code of Practice'.
