InformationStoke-on-Trent City Council require a suitably qualified and experienced arboriculturalist to undertake a Tree Survey - Arboriculturalist Impact Assessment within the following site, Abbotts Abbots House 103 Abbots Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST2 8DU. Scope of Works: The purpose of the report is to complete a Tree Survey - Arboriculturalist Impact Assessment suitable to support a development planning application. The report will include as a minimum: - Assess the quality of the trees on and immediately adjacent to the site, in accordance with BS5837 :2012 - Trees in Relation to Design, Demolition and Construction - Recommend and Identify trees suitable for retention and for removal due to the proposed development proposals - Prescribe suitable tree protection measures - Assess the requirement for further mitigation, i.e. new trees / planting etc Stoke-on-Trent City Council objective is to complete the survey works asap. All tendering Consultants will also be required to submit with their tender: - 3nr reference contacts - 3nr recent examples / case studies (within the last 3 years) of typical Arboricultural Impact Assessments Carried Out. - Copies of relevant industry accreditations and qualifications - CV's of staff operatives who will carry out the surveying work detailing appropriate qualifications - Copies of tendering organisations Health and Safety Policy - Copies of Public and Private Insurances Please request a site plan from and submit tenders to the Council's employers agent/project manager, Anthony Tarr, CPC Project Services, 07879 488 533, anthony.tarr@cpcprojectservices.com The tender return date is Monday 19th June at 12noon.
