The works will be allocated using the cascading method meaning all works will be offered to the 1st place contractor following the tender evaluation. If the 1st place contractor is unable to carry out the works it will then be offered to 2nd place and so on. The contract period is for an initial 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years commencing in October 2023. The works will be awarded based on MEAT evaluation and the split is 50% price, 40% technical and 10% social value.
