The services are designed to support people to remain safely within their own homes during periods of increased need, crisis, recovery, assessment or transition, whilst avoiding unnecessary hospital admissions and long-term residential care placements. Providers may bid for one or both Lots; however, each Lot will be awarded to a single Provider. Lot 1 - Night Support Service Lot 1 is a short-term overnight support service delivered through block rota arrangements.
