We offer courses on a variety of subjects. If you don’t see the subject you’re interested in studying, email adult.learning@stoke.gov.uk We may be able to offer courses in the future if there is enough demand. When you have registered an interest in a course, if appropriate you must pay a deposit or pay for the course in full to guarantee your place. | Who is this course for? If you want to expand your basic sewing skills, meet new people or explore a potential new business or employment opportunity. This course will enhance your basic skills. You will learn how to insert zips, explore fabric choices and create covered piping cord. By putting these skills together you will finish the class with your very own cushion cover. This is a follow on from our Learn to Sew course. Learners must be able to thread a sewing machine and stitch a simple seam confidently. Please note you must have English skills at a minimum of Entry 2.
