Personal Care – dignified assistance with washing, bathing, dressing and medication reminders
Companionship – meaningful social support – I can pop by for a chat over a brew, take you for a wander around the garden centre, take you to the hairdressers - whatever you miss doing we can make a plan.
Domestic Assistance – light housekeeping, laundry, changing beds and fresh food meal preparation (odd meals or batch cooking). It doesn’t stay indoors. I am open to a spot of gardening, and pets are also cared for and included in my plans. If it’s important to you then it is important to me.
Shopping and Errands – help with your weekly food shop. I can take you along, take a list, or in this tech world we can sit and do an online shop together. Prescription collection or running errands can all be accommodated.
Respite and Sitting Service – daytime and overnight sitting services to provide family carers with peace of mind and well-deserved breaks.
