Hello, my name is Debbie, and I’ve been a qualified mental health nurse for about 30 years. I’ve worked with all manner of people of all ages, across all levels of society. I can offer help with shopping, gardening, cooking, decluttering, medication administration, and life organisation, companionship, as well as all aspects of mental health. I realise that it is often having assistance with the day-to-day aspects of life that can help greatly to an increased sense of mental well-being.

I’m also very interested in offering bereavement support, which I understand to be lacking in the community at the moment.

I offer to work with you in a way tailored to suit your individual needs, in order to help you enhance or develop your life how you would like to. I have an up-to-date DBS and insurance.

I am also a qualified hypnotherapist and Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (NLP), so, if you wish, I can help you with all aspects of self-improvement, such as weight loss, confidence, quitting smoking, phobias, stress and anxiety etc.

I love meeting new people and I am a very good and empathic listener. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you.
