I have a passion for helping people live quality lives in the community. I have a lot of experience working with people with mental and physical health challenges as well as the elderly.

I am a qualified Registered General Nurse as well as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with more than 20 years’ experience working in nursing homes, NHS hospitals and private healthcare facilities as well as in the community as part of the crisis home treatment team. I enjoy engaging with people in their own spaces as I feel it allows them to truly feel supported and assisted in a way that suits their needs and personal preferences.

I can help with:

Getting up and ready for the day including with personal care and and food preparation

Light housework duties

I can get you out and about to meet with friends, family as well as assisting with appointments and shopping

I am a great listener and will always have time for a chat

I can provide support with medication and prescriptions as well as advice on mental health matters and life coping techniques
