Course description

By the end of this course you will be able to operate a sewing machine, skilfully use a number of hand-sewn stitches, insert a zip and produce two basic sewn projects: a bag and a kitchen accessory.

The course will introduce you to various seams, hems, stitches, pockets and zips.

The transferable skills you learn on this course can be used in more complex projects.
