Before reporting this problem, please confirm that you understand and accept the following points: 

Stoke on Trent City Council cannot issue penalty charge notices where no parking restrictions exist. Required
It is not always possible to send an officer to the scene immediately. Required
Loading/unloading is permitted on yellow lines, as is picking up and dropping off passengers. Required
This form can only be used to report parking problems in areas covered by SOTCC. Required
The police can issue penalties to vehicles causing an obstruction and where no restrictions exist. Required
Disabled motorists can park on single/double yellow lines for up to three hours. Required
