Under Standard/Enhanced DBS Application  click  “Start Application”

  1. Click  DBS Form to complete the first part of your application

At the end of this process please ensure that you make a “note of your DBS reference number (it will be made up of your surname and a few numbers)

  1. Click the below button once you have done the above to pay the fee and upload your documents
