As discussed at recent briefings, the Prevent Board have developed an improvement plan and the key actions within it have been shared with all our schools and colleges. This has the overall aim of ensuring that Prevent is fully embedded in your overall induction and safeguarding policies/procedures. To see the impact of the Board’s work, we have agreed to send out a short survey to gather data but also to take the opportunity to allow leaders to share their strong practice so that we can help to improve arrangements across the City. This will also help the Board to support any schools that need to further develop their Prevent arrangements.
