How to locate your reference number
You can locate your reference number on any correspondence we send to you, below is an example of where you can locate the reference number.
When entering your account number please do not include any other information even if you think it will be useful, doing this may prevent your payments from going through on time as payments that include anything other than the account number require additional processing.
Examples of what not to include:
- Your name
- Your company name
- The service you are paying for such as “Business rates”
- Dates, months or years.
