A relaxed workshop where you will use art to improve your mental wellbeing and enhance creativity! Facilitated by a qualified creative counsellor who is also an amateur artist.
At this workshop, you will be guided to reflect mindfully on the season of winter, and what it means to you.
Working with materials collected from nature, you will engage in activities designed to help you relax and tap into your creative side. The emphasis is on process rather than outcome. Activities include leaf rubbing, mono-printing and mark-making using ink and paintbrushes you will make yourself from the materials provided. The workshop is open to anyone 14 plus, but 14-17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
No prior art experience is necessary. All materials will be provided, and refreshments will be available. Disabled access available- please discuss with facilitator. The workshop will take place in the warehouse, which is a warm, comfortable and spacious building just near the museum at Etruria. Upon booking, you will receive an email with directions and further details.
Early booking is advised, as there are limited spaces available. To book your place, or find out more, please email Laura Green on email@example.com. Payment can be made on the day.
