A Zoom workshop for over 18s who would like to learn ways of using art to explore their emotions, to enhance their wellbeing, or unlock a deeper level of creativity.
This Zoom workshop is for anyone over the age of 18, who would like to learn ways of using art to explore their emotions, to enhance their wellbeing, or unlock a deeper level of creativity. You do not need to have had any experience with art at all. The materials needed will be fairly basic: a pencil, some sketching paper, a fine liner pen or biro, some glue, and a choice of colours (crayons/ pastels/ paints/ felt pens). This event is in two parts. The first part will involve mindfulness and a creative activity. Part two will be chance to finish our activity, reflect and share our response with the group. This event costs £2.50, which can be paid via paypal or BACs. Booking must be made in advance, and can be done by sending an email to Laura at firstname.lastname@example.org, where you will be given the PayPal/ BACs details and a Zoom link to the workshop. The link for part two will be shared during the first part of the session.
