Up Men Sing is a new male voice choir open to anyone who wants to experience the therapeutic benefits that singing as part of a team brings us.
Come and give it a try every other Tuesday at Victoria Hall, Hanley 7pm to 9pm.
No pressure to commit and it's free.
We'll be in the Sponsors Bar area at the Victoria Hall, but there'll be a member of staff around in the main area to direct you up the stairs or lift.
Just ask for the Up Men. We'll have the kettle on ready.
Send an email to Paul if you're planning on coming and ask any questions you might have via firstname.lastname@example.org
To flex our cognitive muscles further, the songs we’ll be singing will mainly be non-English and are full of wonderful harmonies. But we'll take it steady.
We hope that, after a bit of practice, in time the choir may even perform some of the songs.
The Victoria Hall is right next to the bus station.
There's also car parking on the doorstep at John Street Multi Storey, Pall Mall (next to the Regent Theatre) and Albion Street (by Bethesda Chapel).
