Whether you’re a “A Merry Christmas to us all; God bless us, every one!” or more of a “Bah! Humbug!”, one thing we probably all have in common is that we could use a bit of a pick-me-up to restore our spirits after what has been a tough few years for many. And Stoke-on-Trent City Centre BID think they have the answer.
With support from Stoke-on-Trent City Council, City Centre BID is treating visitors to Hanley to ‘A Victorian Welcome to Christmas’ on Thursday 17 November. The Victorian-themed family-friendly street theatre will include interactive performances featuring glowing angels, a vintage paper moon photo booth, a nine-foot Fagin, and more. The line-up will also include The Potteries’ own fantastical Van Buren’s Victorian Theatre of Wonders.
